Role: The Hospitality Coordinator / Runner is a part-time position that entails preparing Artist dressing rooms, arranging for meals, and running errands under the direction of the Artist Tour Manager, venue, or Promoter Representative.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill Artist Hospitality Riders (typically shopped prior to show day).
• Set up Artist Dressing Rooms + backstage kitchenette area.
• Arrange for Artist meals: via caterer or takeout orders from local restaurants.
• Liaise between Artist Tour Management and Promoter Representative.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for Artists and their crew.
• Clean and maintain backstage area.
• Run errands for Artist Tour Management or venue throughout the show day.
• Provide transportation for tour personnel as needed.
• Maintain receipts and handle cash.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field.
• Thorough knowledge of the local area, including area businesses & locations.
• Must be able to maintain composure around high profile artists/guests.
• Must have strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Must have the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license, as well as exhibit safe driving habits.
