WHAT IS YOUR COVID-19 ENTRY POLICY?

COVID-related restrictions and entry policies vary by venue and are subject to change.

  • State Theatre of Ithaca: Proof of full vaccination (with corresponding ID) and mask-wearing required. Children under the age of 12 may provide proof of a negative COVID PCR test taken within 48 hours of the event.

  • Hangar Theatre: Proof of full vaccination (with corresponding ID) and mask-wearing required. Children under the age of 12 may provide proof of a negative COVID PCR test taken within 48 hours of the event.

  • Academy of Music Theatre: Proof of full vaccination OR proof of a negative COVID PCR test taken within 72 hours of the event (with corresponding ID) and mask-wearing required.

  • Gateway City Arts: Proof of full vaccination (with corresponding ID) and mask-wearing required.

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

Tickets for all of our shows are available online at dspshows.com

Tickets for shows at the State Theatre of Ithaca, Hangar Theatre, Academy of Music Theatre, Gateway City Arts, The 9th Ward & Asbury Hall at Babeville, Lark Hall, and Center for the Arts of Homer should only be purchased through Eventbrite

Select other venues use different ticketing providers, please visit our website or the venue’s website to ensure you purchase from a legitimate source.

We cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through third party resale/scalping websites.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE TICKETS I’VE PURCHASED?

Your tickets should be attached as a PDF in your confirmation email from Eventbrite (check your spam folder if it doesn’t appear in your main inbox) and can also be accessed in your Eventbrite account (sign in using the email address you used to purchase tickets). If you’re still unable to locate your tickets, please email us here.

DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKETS?

Tickets can be printed or pulled up on your mobile device. Please do not take a screenshot of your ticket as that may cause the barcode to blurry.

DO YOU OFFER ADA ACCOMMODATIONS?

Yes. Please email us here or contact the venue you’re attending to make arrangements in advance, and speak to a staff member once you arrive at the venue for the show.

IS THERE SEATING AVAILABLE AT ALL SHOWS?

Whether a show is seated (reserved or general admission) or standing room only varies by show and venue. Please check the ticket link for the show you’re interested in or visit the venue website.

ARE YOUR SHOWS ALL AGES?

Most DSP Shows are 16+, however for most shows children under the age of 16 are permitted to attend if accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or guardian. Please check the individual event listing or the venue website for age restrictions.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Unless a show is cancelled or postponed, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets for cancelled shows will be automatically refunded. For rescheduled shows we will notify ticket holders of the timeframe in which they can request a refund. Credit Card refunds can only be applied to the card used at the time of purchase. Tickets purchased with cash will be refunded at the location they were purchased.

CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKETS TO A FRIEND?

For most shows, yes! Simply send the ticket PDF to whoever you’d like to transfer the ticket to or use the transfer option in your Eventbrite account.
